How to use our seasoning blends
Rub, Rest, Cook, Enjoy.
It's really that easy.
First, sprinkle your chosen flavor all over your chosen meat, fish, or veggie.
Rub it in with your hands, making sure to cover the whole surface (even the sides).
Wrap the meat in parchment paper or foil and let it rest for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook by your chosen method: including but not limited to smoking, grilling, braising, baking, or roasting.
Last but most importantly: Serve and enjoy.
