How To Use Our Seasoning Blends
Rub, Rest, Cook, Enjoy.
It's really that easy.
- First, sprinkle your chosen flavor all over your chosen meat, fish, or veggie.
Rub it in with your hands, making sure to cover the whole surface (even the sides).
- Wrap the meat in parchment paper or foil and let it rest for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook by your chosen method: including but not limited to smoking, grilling, braising, baking, or roasting.
- Last but most importantly: Serve and enjoy.
