Our most versatile rub, Kansas City Southern is delicious on chicken, pork, or beef. We use it on our famous 3-2-1 baby back ribs, and even to dry brine our smoked Thanksgiving turkey!
This blend is a super simple starting point for chicken curry, beef curry, or lamb curry. Also makes a wonderful stand-alone sauce, which is a great base for curried butternut squash soup or curried pumpkin soup.
Our go-to spice for pork and chicken, Old No. 1 was our very first blend. Use it as a dry rub for pulled pork, or use it to make our favorite tangy BBQ sauce recipe.
Like spicy? Three Kings is that (thanks to its ground habanero) but it's a balanced spicy with organic maple sugar and hickory smoke. Add this seasoning to scrambled eggs, pork, chicken, ahi tuna, potato salad, and grilled fruits like pineapple, mangoes, and peaches.
