Believe it or not, you can use Kashmir Station blend to make all of the above dishes and more. Just because it’s exotic doesn’t mean it needs to be strange, difficult, or overwhelming. Kashmir shines in all kinds of globally-inspired dishes from the entire Mediterranean coast to India, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Use it to give American dishes a delicious twist.

Kashmir starts with a base of super-food turmeric, which is elevated by the citrus-like flavor of sumac, and brightened up with red pepper, cloves, and earthy cardamom.

The story behind the name: Kashmir Station

We originally developed this blend in our home kitchen to honor and simplify those delightful dishes experienced at a friend’s local Afghan restaurant.

Then we discovered how delightful Kashmir Station tastes in all kinds of dishes. We named it after the Kashmir region that borders India, Pakistan, and China: a rich and interesting fusion of diverse food cultures.
