We offer you as many shipping options as we reasonably can (depending on destination). This allows you to balance cost versus delivery time, and make a shipping choice that's just right for you.
Next Day Shipping
Orders placed by 11 AM (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday will ship the next day.
Orders placed after 11 AM (Mountain Time) Friday through Sunday or on holidays will ship on Monday (or the next business day.)
For Domestic US Orders
*Merchandise designated "free shipping" is shipped Standard, unless you choose a different, faster method. If so, you'll pay only the upcharge between Standard and the faster method.
**Free shipping may apply but is not limited to individually designated merchandise, during promotions where "free shipping" is specified, or during qualifying orders made by members.

Standard Shipping Methods
Most orders placed using our standard shipping option will be shipped using either FedEx or USPS. Orders over 5 lbs typically ship via FedEx.
To avoid possible delays: If the US Postal Service does not deliver directly to your street address, and your PO Box and street address have the same ZIP code, please include both your PO Box and street in your shipping address. if your ZIP codes are not the same, please contact us before placing your order so we can determine the best shipping method for you.

We ship only by USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, services of the US Post Office, and all orders must be paid for at the time of order via credit card. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
Please include your billing and shipping name and address, the SKUs you plan on ordering, as well as their quantities. We will respond with the total charges (including shipping and handling). We ask then that you let us know if you would like to proceed, at which time we will set up the order, and email you an invoice. You can then pay for your order via credit card. We are not able to accept payments via email for security reasons.
Note that we do not handle customs or tariff logistics, which are especially important for food items. We strongly encourage you to check into your country's shipping regulations before contacting us with an order.
We do not use third-party shippers or allow pick-up for international orders under any circumstances.
